The home is designed to give families and groups plenty of room to be together without feeling crowded. The open-concept main living area connects the kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating, while a second living area offers an additional place to relax or watch TV. The home features five bedrooms with a king, queen, double and twin beds. A daybed provides additional sleeping space, and an air mattress and crib are available when needed. One of our favorite features is the fully fenced private backyard. Gather around the fire pits, cook on the gas grill or simply enjoy time outdoors. The separate 11×11 Serenity Lounge offers a quiet retreat for morning coffee, reading or unwinding at the end of the day. Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, especially when enjoying the backyard, fire pits and outdoor areas. Up to 2 approved small to medium-sized dogs are welcome. All pets must be disclosed before arrival and applicable pet fees must be paid. Guests are responsible for pet waste, excessive cleaning and any pet-related damage. Smoking, vaping, cannabis and illegal substances are not permitted inside the home. Cigarette smoking is permitted outdoors only, and all cigarette waste must be disposed of properly. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee. Please treat the home, furnishings and outdoor spaces with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Glamping setups must be requested in advance and are available for an additional $199 setup fee.
